A Minnesota engineer faces life in prison after he stabbed a teenage boy to death and injured four others in ‘self-defense’ after they branded him a pedophile and fought over a lost phone.
Nicolae Miu, 52, of Prior Lake, Minn., was arrested and charged with first-degree intentional homicide and four counts of attempted homicide after allegedly attacking a group on Saturday around 3:45 p.m. on Wisconsin’s Apple River.
Miu now faces life in prison for the death of honor roll student Isaac Schuman, 17, who was found by emergency services ‘without vital signs’ and had a ‘puncture wound in the upper abdomen near his left breast,’ according to the criminal complaint.
