A bride who tragically died in a golf buggy accident on her honeymoon has been remembered for her ‘caring, loyal, kind-hearted spirit’ and ‘unconditional love’ towards all who knew her.
Hundreds of mourners, donned in black, packed into St Mary’s & St Merkorious Coptic Orthodox in Rhodes, in Sydney’s north-west, at 9 am on Saturday to say their goodbyes to Marina Morgan, 29.
Just three weeks ago, her friends and family piled into the same church to watch her marry the love of her life, Robbie, 30, before her life was cut short ten days later when the couple’s buggy flipped over on Hamilton Island.
Devastated loved ones embraced Mr Morgan as he broke down in tears outside the church as Ms Morgan’s white coffin, adorned with white flowers, arrived in the hearse.
