• Officer Samuel Brown, who doesn’t have a forearm or hand, chased down and arrested car thief in White Settlement, Texas.
• Brown and his partner Corporal J. Porter spotted the stolen red Ford Fusion at the 700 block of S. Cherry Lane
• The suspect was inside the car, but quickly fled when the officers arrived
• Joshua Taylor Brown, 31, was later identified as the suspect and charged on four counts
