Forbes has revealed its 30 under 30 in Asia list – and on it is an Australian beauty entrepreneur who famously declined a $300,000 offer on Shark Tank.

Iris Smit, 27, went on to build a $15million dollar beauty empire championing two genius products: The Quick Flick and Beauty Fringe.

The young Perth woman told FEMAIL she is honoured to have made the list in what has been a difficult time for businesses in the Asia Pacific region.

‘I am very honoured to receive this prestigious recognition, especially as a young female entrepreneur who has bootstrapped by business from day one,’ she said.
