The six critical questions Uvalde cops need to answer over Texas school shooting as it’s revealed gunman barricaded himself in classroom with kids for an HOUR while SWAT teams scrambled to get inside

• Salvador Ramos arrived at Uvalde Elementary School at 11.30am on Tuesday 
• He was encountered first by a school resource officer and then by two cops 
• He bypassed them all and made his way into the classroom filled with kids 
• Then, he killed the kids and barricaded himself inside for an hour 
• The police officers then had to find a key to break into the classroom, it’s claimed
