Judge who presides over drink-driving cases is himself arrested for DWI after trying to back into a parking space that already had a car in it

• Travis County Judge John Lipscombe arrested for DWI in a Hilton hotel lobby 
• Police were called when he tried to back his car into parking spot already taken
• The judge was found ‘appearing slow to answer questions and was disorientated’
• He was booked into county jail and will miss dozens of drink driving cases he was due to preside over
