From a kebab seller cooking over a charcoal oven to a Chinese family making dumplings together, the winning images from this year’s Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year competition have been announced.
Open to professional and non-professional, the annual photography competition features 25 categories in total celebrating the best of food photography around the world.
The top prize this year went to an image titled Kebabiyana, by Indian photographer Debdatta Chakraborty showing Khayyam Chowk in Srinagar, a street which at night transform into buzzing food hub filled with the smokey aroma of popular Kashmiri street foods like wazwan kebabs.
This year’s global judging panel included food photographer David Loftus and saw entries were submitted from more than 60 countries…
