• Chris Dawson has pleaded not guilty to murdering his wife Lynette in 1982
• Attempt to have the case permanently halted was dismissed by High Court
• Dawson’s legal team had argued publicity surrounding the case threatened trial
• On Monday, the Supreme Court of New South Wales  agreed to the judge trial
