Diana’s twin nieces Lady Amelia and Lady Eliza Spencer attend Alberta Ferretti’s MFW show

Princess Diana’s twin nieces Lady Amelia and Lady Eliza Spencer have continued to take the fashion world by storm by sitting front row at  Alberta Ferretti’s Milan Fashion Week show tonight.

The twins, 29, who recently moved from Cape Town to London, attended the Alberta Ferretti in neutral brown and white outfits that perfectly complemented one another. 

It comes after the pair made appearances at London Fashion Week with their sister and a week after they posed with Michael Kors during New York Fashion Week.

Looking gorgeous for the Italian spring,  Lady Amelia opted for a midi white shirt dress with a semi sheer top and open pattern design.

She paired the look with a snakeskin slingback heel and opted for minimal jewellery as she tied her blonde hair back into a low, well-styled…
