The Twinder Swindler’s bodyguard Piotr has demanded an apology from Netflix and is asking for $5.6million, claiming the streaming giant portrayed him inaccurately and that he was also conned by the lying lothario.
Piotr Kaluski was depicted in the film as Simon Leviev’s right-hand man who was always with him when he texted his trusting female victims asking them for thousands of dollars or euros to escape his ‘enemies’.
Simon – whose real name is Shimon Hayut – often texted his love interests photos of a bloodied, beaten-up Piotr to prove he was not safe and needed to go on the run with their money.
Piotr does not appear in the documentary but he has now hired a lawyer to take Netflix to task.
