Tyson Fury has taken to the pool in his Villa to show off his quick combinations as he prepares for a trilogy fight with Deontay Wilder.

Fury – who is currently out in Las Vegas preparing for his third showdown with the American on July 24 – shared the clip on his Instagram account.

The fight against Wilder will be Fury’s first time back in the ring since dethroning him almost a year-and-a-half ago.

In the clip shared on Instagram, Fury was filmed shadowboxing in the pool – throwing a series of punches and working on his movement.

The heavyweight boxer was seen practicing his body faints and dodges as he made his way through the water.

Fury quoted Bruce Lee in the caption, writing: ‘Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water.’

The clip comes shortly after Dmitry Salita revealed Fury had been sparring 15 rounds with no breaks in 97-degree sauna conditions.

Fury had initially been training hard in anticipation of his blockbuster showdown with Anthony Joshua being confirmed for the summer.

However, he was ordered to face Wilder in a rematch before going head-to-head with AJ.

With his third fight with Wilder six weeks away, Fury’s sparring partner, Salita, claims he is already in supreme fighting condition, looking ‘unstoppable’ and showing no signs of any ring rust.

‘I have just been in Miami with Tyson and he is in great shape for Wilder next month,’ former world title challenger Salita told MyBettingSites.co.uk.

‘I went to the gym and he did 15 rounds straight with no break – he’s training hard, in phenomenal condition and great spirits.

‘From a purely boxing point of view he looks like he’s ready to fight next week. He’s in great shape; strength-wise, cardio-wise, skill-wise. timing-wise. He’s never going to be Mr Olympia, but don’t judge the book by the cover.

‘The gym in Florida is like 97 degrees with humidity. After a couple of rounds the floor of the ring really heats up and then the ceiling heats up. It’s close to being a sauna.

‘Tyson has been training throughout the whole process to get better, learning new things. And he’s so mentally strong that I don’t see ring rust or being out of a ring as a problem. At that level it may even help him against Deontay. I don’t see how being out of the ring has hurt him based on what I saw in the gym.’
