Lionel Messi set up Ousmane Dembele’s opener and added a late goal of his own as Barcelona rose above arch-rivals Real Madrid and into second place in La Liga with a narrow win at Sevilla on Saturday.
Barca’s latest win moved them to within two points of leaders Atletico Madrid, who have played two matches fewer than Ronald Koeman’s contenders.
The win was Barca’s second of the week after they beat Elche 3-0 at the Camp Nou in midweek.
